Do I need a referral?

You may book directly. Bring previous prescriptions, recent reports and a list of current medicines to make the consultation more useful.

What should I bring to a diabetes appointment?

Bring glucose records or device reports, HbA1c and other recent laboratory reports, medicine or insulin details, and notes about any low-glucose episodes.

Are online consultations available?

Please call the clinic to ask about current teleconsultation availability and whether an in-person examination is more appropriate.

Can children be evaluated?

Yes. Dr. Mittal has fellowship training in pediatric endocrinology and evaluates growth, puberty, thyroid, diabetes and other hormonal concerns in children.
